Our History
Founded in Miami circa 2012, Eco Waste Concierge began as a small business with a single truck and a passion for keeping the community clean. Now, we have opened offices in several states across the US and are rapidly expanding! We now offer a variety of waste-related services including valet trash, common area cleaning, bulk trash removal, end-of-lease cleaning (move-out cleaning), and more!
The EWC Difference
Let's be honest, most people in the waste industry aren't thrilled about their job. The lack of enthusiasm usually spills over into shabby work, lots of messes and a high turnover rate. We wanted to change that by building a team of people who are excited to be here and want to be with us for the long haul! We do this by incentivizing longevity and perfection. Things like annual bonuses, cash rewards for long periods without mistakes, and even retirement plans. EWC knows that if our team is happy, yours will be too.
Our Results
Since we revamped our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in 2016 we have not lost a single client. We have seen increased resident retention, fewer pest issues, more resident reviews and reports of an overall cleaner community within every building we've worked with. By relieving the on-site team from dealing with waste-related resident complaints, managers have reported increased productivity amongst their standard team as well.
